Vintage 1990s era navy blue and white polka dot fit and flare skater mini dress by Yellow Star. Made in USA. Size 3XL on tag. Rockabilly, pin-up girl style. Empire waist, puff cap sleeves, fitted bodice seams. The care tag is pretty worn, but this feels like a cotton/polyester blend to me, like a soft t-shirt. Slightly fuzzy from age, see close-ups.
