Vintage 18th 19th Century Blown and Etched Glass Beaker with tall ship

This bubble glass vase has a greenish blue hue to it. This is definitely a historical piece. It has an etched ship with two passengers and their oars. It is in very good condition considering it's age. There is a surface chip about the size of a quarter inside the vase. There is also a couple of teeny, tiny, chips on the back side (outside) the vase. There is also a water line inside.
