Vintage 80s Scarlett Nite Bubble Party Dress

Sooo amazing, the skirt is very fully and puffy, and the bubble is perfectly done. Big bow on front side, waist drops a little lower, it’s very flattering, sweetheart neckline, full stretch bodice in back and boning in front and tulle in the skirt, it’s super well made and in perfect condition. Will add measurements, it’s tagged a 9/10 and I’d say that’s pretty accurate
