Vintage 90s silver metallic mini dress by City Triangles. Features a sweetheart neckline and criss-cross straps. Slip on style, fabric has a good amount of stretch. Please note, it looks like the straps have been re-sewn. Might look better to re-do, but still structurally functional. Size not marked. Would best fit size S/M. Model is 5'3 size S/M (27in waist).
