Vintage Angie black swing polka-dot retro skirt, with decorative tie at waist, and zipper closure on the side. Would be super cute for a 50s look or for swing dancing. Super flattering fit and great for twirling. Size small, although the waist line measure at 15.5" laying flat and is very forgiving on this one.
