Vintage Blue Velvet Baby Dress

This Vintage light blue velvet dress is in used condition. Long sleeves with 3 buttons at the back. Lace at the neck and wrists. The elastic at the wrists is worn out and there is a 1 inch cut at the base of the button up back that may be easily repaired. This looks to be able to fit up to a 1 year old or possibly a large doll. No tags. Please see measurements. No stains that I see. Non smoking home.
