susanmay384 I’m pretty sure these are button *covers,* not pins or brooches of any kind. Depending on the size, they are intended to slip over jacket, sweater or coat buttons during the holiday season. (Sewing category?)

marleystarr @susanmay384 they are pins. You attach the front to the front side of the shirt and then slide the metal piece into the hole through the other side of the shirt
