Vintage Embroidered Baby Boy Shirt, Size 9M?

I am assuming size 9 on the tag means 9 months, but I have included photos with measurements in case it does not. This adorable number is in excellent vintage condition. There is one small mark on the front, but no holes or other issues. Examine all photos for condition. Buy 3 get 1 free on everything in my closet!
