Vintage Felt Youth Poodle Skirt

Vintage homemade gray felt skirt in used condition. Great for play time or Halloween costume use. A stain on the bottom front and a few on the back. Also some wear on the back due to use. Missing 1 hook and eye. Heavy felt, just cut, no hem. No holes. There isn't a size tag so please see measurements. Non smoking home.
