Vintage Gunne Sax strapless lace and tulle dress needs work

I absolutely adore this dress. I’ve had this for decades. Strapless Vintage Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock. Stapless bodice. Sequin detail. Lace and cream body and tulle skirt. This is a very old dress. So there are tears and cuts along the bottom of the tulle. Loose threads etc. Still super gorgeous and waiting to be worn to a dance or fun party.
