Vintage High Tide from California Halter Short Dress Polyester 1970s Psychedelic

Super groovy, rare vintage 70s halter mini dress made by High Tide from California. The halter top of the dress has ties, so you can adjust it. Vibrant green, blue, purple & white with a fun floral/ stripe print, totally unique, fun in the sun, retro dress! -in beautiful vintage condition, no stains, holes or tears, see photos for details. -I think this is about a size medium, (no size tag) Underbust/ high waist: 16” pit-pit, there is also stretch to the material ( polyester,nylon mix I believe) my mannequin usually fits a 6/sz small the best & it is loose, (see photo of the back of the dress on mannequin) it could be tailored/taken in on the waist area or could possibly stretch to a large.
