Vintage white & navy blue (almost black) polka dot short sleeve blazer/suit jacket by Oleg Cassini, size 14. Double breasted style, short sleeves, fully lined, no collar, shoulder pads, faux pockets, polyester/rayon blend, sewn-in lace "pocket square". Would be super cute with a dress or pencil skirt! Laying flat measures about 19.5" pit to pit, 30" shoulder to hem, 11" sleeve length.
