Vintage Russ Graduation Troll on Skateboard, 1" Tall, #1 Grad

This Russ troll likely used to be on the top of a pen or a pencil. The opening isn't very deep so I would assume you'd have to glue it on to use it that way. It could be a fun graduation gift. It sits upright fine so it could be displayed somewhere. From a non-smoking home.
