Vintage String of 7 bubble lights see working photo, just one doesn’t bubble

Ship in box with padding, this is how I received them. Seem to be Foremost brand by size and shape. I paid up on a estate auction so not taking lowball, already discounted for one (blue one) that won’t bubble for me They take a few minutes to start bubbling 8/28
