Vintage Tea Pot? Home for a genie?

Vintage tea pot? Not positive it was used for tea but would make a great accent price in your kitchen or dining room. I have not been able to locate information about this item. It is a metal material. Measures approximately 5.75” from bottom to the top of the spout and base is approximately 2.5” Brand is unknown. There is info on the bottom but I cannot read it.
