Vintage Teal Velvet Dress Custom Made Prom Homecoming Dance Retro Size 4-6

This is a vintage custom made dress that my mom wore to a formal dance in the 1960's. This is crushed velvet in a beautiful blue / teal color. Dress has full zip in back with two hook and eye closures...one at the waist and one at the neck. There is a waist embellishment of same material. Dress is lined from the waist down. Dress has small mark on side of dress near darts.
