Vintage Thistle and Butterfly Dress

Vintage 70s midi dress. Knife pleated skirt with tie at waist. Fabric features thistle floral pattern with butterflies in brown, black and purple. Another adorable tag! Top has been modified--the elastic wore out so I took it in to make it fit.
