Vintage Wolff Fording Co Girls Red White Sheer Ruffle Dance Costume Dress

Up for sale is a vintage toddler girls dance costume/dress by Wolff fording co. No size info on tag. Very cute dress that looks like a Shirley temple outfit. Sheer off white colored material with flocked red polka dots and red ribbon belt. Tulle inside skirt, since it is a dance costume. No bloomers or anything else included, listing for dress only. Has 2 hooks on back for closure and is open in between them. Does need to be worn with a leotard or slip. In good vintage condition. Some wear and fading to flocked dots throughout and a few small runs. Elastic in sleeves is stretched out. Light musty smell to item from old age and storage. Measurements: 10” across chest lying flat 15.5” in length
