Vintage silver brooch

This vintage (antique?) Victorian brooch may have started life as something else - there is a small stem (see pics 3&4) of unknown origin. I’ve always worn it as a brooch. Probably sterling, but unmarked. One of a kind! 🌺🌿 Offers welcome! 🌿🌺
