Vintage/Antique Dangle Clip on Earrings (Possibly Unmarked Vendome)

Vintage/Antique Dangle Clip on Earrings possibly by Vendome but not marked. I call these the 'pinwheel' earrings because that is what they remind me of. Pre-owned, they are in fair condition with a lot of wear. I listed them because I think they are interesting. I would love to know the maker, but sadly I couldn't find any information on them.
