Black or gunmetal grey (light reflecting can make it look bronzey-brown) delicate crinkle/micro plisse sheer chiffon overlay is embellished with sequins in a modern, broken grid pattern or deconstructed take on plaid. Still has the spare button in plastic bag attached and to my knowledge was never worn but there is wear to the fabric at the waistband closure as shown in photos.
