This vintage Frankoma Pottery trivet features a beautiful Cherokee Alphabet pattern, with a burnt orange/brown (terra cotta) color and a glazed finish. Measuring 6 inches in diameter and weighing 15 ounces, it is a great addition to any collection of mid-century modernism items. The trivet is handmade and features an inscription on the reverse about Sequoyah, the Cherokee Indian who created the Cherokee syllabary.
