Please see photos. Outside is a beautiful worn leather. No cracks. Functionality is completely intact. Stains on inside fabric from pens. Does not impact use of bag at all. Still absolutely beautiful. The front buckle does come off completely, unless I'm doing something wrong and can't figure it out. There is a strap with it, but it's not original to bag, most likely. Will include though. Please ask any questions I didn't answer. It's a beautiful bag, even with some pre loved stains.
