Front high waistband effect with layered and twisted fabric. 3/4 length sleeves. Pull-on style with no closures. Very nice condition with no visible damage, fading, pilling or excessive wear. However, the black lining fabric does have narrow runs in the fabric that are not visible unless the dress is turned inside out.
