this item is preowned. it does have a small snag close to the hem of 1 side . and has a snap and hook and a eye closer on the shoulder the snaps are all in place and work perfectly to close the shoulder but 1 side of the 3 hook and eyes are missing . the other closer is the side zipper that works perfect . please see all pictures to help with description and feel free to ask any questions before bidding and to take a look at my other new and used items .thanks for looking
