Women's Saks Fifth Avenue Vintage Small Brown Leather Belt

Very pretty leather belt. This is vintage. There is some interior side wear to this - please see photos. Exterior is leather (not sure what type - but almost looks reptilian). There's a "leash" for lack of better word around the second strap that catches the belt after it goes through the buckle. Longer rectangular shaped buckle.
