I purchased the Dress the Population Alice dress from this seller. My dress arrived promptly and was the correct dress in the correct size. However, this dress was advertised as "New With Tags" and I do not believe that was a fair item description. While the dress was in great condition, the only tag attached was the one that described Nordstrom's return policy, and it appeared as though it was reattached to the label of the dress (the one sewn into the back). I have never known Nordstrom to put their Dress the Population return policy tags attached to the sewn in label, and in fact, my understanding is that Nordstrom actually puts a string through the label (where the size loop is) with the Dress the Population tag. This tag was also missing as was the size/price tag. Therefore, I do not believe this item was actually New With Tags. It does not matter to me, and everything else was as described, but I want buyers to be aware that they may not actually receive a new item.
