In the description it said that the cap was new; however, there wasn’t any tags attached. It should have been listed as NWOT, New Without Tag. I plan on giving this as a gift and it would usually have the tag(s) still attached. The cap does appear to be new, but not completely sure. I was also disappointed in the packing paper used. Tissue paper really isn’t that expensive.
