Super cute long sleeve 70s vintage dress that comes with a belt. Perfect retro piece for any kind of event as it can be dressed up or dressed down. Listed as a size 8, but as it is vintage, it will run smaller. The mannequin that it is on is a size 0 to 2. Also, the waist line does have elastic so it can add an extra couple of inches to the waist. I could stretch it up to 15 inches flat.
